Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services, website, or booking system of Wild Buffalo Media Co. (“Wild Buffalo Media,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services

Wild Buffalo Media provides professional real estate media services including, but not limited to:

• Photography

• Videography

• Drone / aerial imaging

• Virtual staging

• Related digital media services

Specific deliverables, pricing, timelines, and usage rights are defined at the time of booking or in a written agreement.

Scheduling & Access

Clients are responsible for ensuring:

• Property access at the scheduled time

• Utilities are functional

• Property is prepared prior to arrival

Delays caused by lack of access or preparation may result in reduced coverage or rescheduling fees.

Payment Terms

Payment is due according to the invoice or booking agreement.

Late payments may delay delivery of media.

All sales are final once services are rendered.

Prices are subject to change for future bookings.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.

Weather-related drone reschedules will be accommodated when possible.

Media Delivery

Delivery timelines are communicated at booking.

Files are delivered digitally.

Wild Buffalo Media is not responsible for long-term storage beyond the stated delivery period.

Usage Rights & Licensing

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Client receives a limited, non-exclusive license for marketing the specific property

• Media may not be reused for other properties without permission

• Wild Buffalo Media retains copyright ownership

• Wild Buffalo Media may use media for portfolio, website, social media, and marketing

Drone Services

Drone services are subject to FAA regulations and may be limited due to:

• Airspace restrictions

• Weather

• Safety conditions

No guarantee is made that drone footage will be possible at every location.

Client Responsibility

Clients confirm they have legal authority to authorize photography and videography at the property.

SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from Wild Buffalo Media Co. related to:

• Appointment confirmations

• Service updates

• Promotional campaigns you have opted into

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Carrier Disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services or submit personal information through our website.

Limitation of Liability

Wild Buffalo Media is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Wild Buffalo Media operates.
